The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the use of primary energy needed to generate electricity and heat. One of the decisive factors for implementation is the need to provide electricity and heat for the own needs of the emerging production plant and to become independent of local energy suppliers. The material scope of the project will include the supply and installation of a high-efficiency cogeneration unit (with a capacity of 3356 kW) and the subsequent operation of the plant.
Implementation of the project includes the purchase and installation of a 3356 kW cogeneration unit and promotional and informational activities.

"Implementation of globally innovative products as the results of the developed technology for the production of tissue paper with hemp fibers".
The aim of the project is to implement the results of R&D work carried out independently and commissioned to the Institute of Papermaking and Printing of the Technical University of Lodz, which resulted in one European patent and two patent applications. The result of the work is an innovative product on a global scale - tissue paper with hemp fiber content, the properties of which, thanks to the use of an innovative production process, respond to a number of unsatisfied needs of hygiene product manufacturers and consumer requirements.
The implementation of the project includes the purchase and installation of a complete production line (representing a process innovation) for tissue paper production, containing the following elements: a stock preparation line, a paper machine, a layering machine, a vacuum system, a set of adjustable motors, a process control system and a system for quality control of tissue paper production. The line will be located in a newly built production hall, in Ilawa, on the territory of the Warmian-Masurian Special Economic Zone, to which the production of decorative napkins will also be eventually transferred.
