One of POL-MAK’s strengths is the ability to create coordinated product sets featuring the same design across different product categories. This enables customers to build collections in which individual items complement one another and create a cohesive look.
Depending on the project, the same design can appear on decorative napkins, paper plates, paper cups, tablecloths, paper bags, decorative papers and selected stationery products.
This makes it possible to create matching products for everyday ranges as well as seasonal and special-occasion collections.
At POL-MAK, we deliver private label projects across different categories of decorative paper products. This allows customers to develop a broad, coordinated range under their own brand, drawing on POL-MAK’s production capabilities.
We support customers in preparing products, designs, packaging and labelling, adapting solutions to the requirements of each brand and market. We combine our own production facilities with the experience of our domestic and export sales teams to support successive stages of each project.

For nearly 25 years, we have manufactured products for our customers’ brands, including those of international retail chains.
Printing is one of POL-MAK’s core capabilities, developed over the years through our team’s experience and technological progress. Accurate reproduction of designs, colours and details across different products and materials is particularly important to us.
We use flexographic and offset printing, selecting the technology to suit the product and the desired result. Our experience, carefully selected print settings and process controls help us achieve consistent print quality and visual appeal, even in large-scale production.
This is especially important for collections, coordinated product sets and private label projects, where consistency of design and colour across products has a significant impact on the final result.
POL-MAK develops its own capabilities at successive stages of the production process. Our extensive technical and production facilities help us reduce our reliance on external providers and manage orders more efficiently.
A key part of this model is POL-MAK IŁAWA’s own tissue paper production, which complements the manufacturing capabilities of Zakład Poligraficzny POL-MAK. Our in-house resources give us greater control over processes, their parameters and production planning.
For customers, this means greater flexibility in project delivery, a faster response to their needs and the opportunity to work with POL-MAK and its broad range of in-house production capabilities.
For years, we have carried out research and development activities that support the development of products, technologies and production processes. We combine our teams’ experience with our own technical and laboratory facilities, using the knowledge we gain to improve our solutions.
Our development work covers both new products and their specifications and solutions related to technology and the organisation of production processes. This helps us expand our expertise and respond to changing market requirements and customer needs.

Decorative napkins per year - production capacity
Our annual production capacity includes 1.8 billion decorative napkins. We manufacture products for POL-MAK brands and our customers’ own brands.
Pallet spaces
Our high-bay warehouse capacity supports inventory management and order picking. We opened additional warehouse space in 2024.
Airlaid napkin size in the HRC range
Our 40 × 40 cm Airlaid napkins are part of the professional HRC range for the HoReCa sector. They offer softness and absorbency.
