At POL-MAK Group, we have our own tissue paper factory, which we launched in 2017 in one of the fastest growing cities in the north-eastern region of Poland, in Iława.

At POL-MAK, we have always taken care of the high quality of our products and their continuous development. The entire research and quality control process is transparent.
The basis of the research and control process is the system of our own laboratories, which systematically and methodically carry out quality analyses of both raw materials and our finished products. The laboratories carry out their tests in accordance with the various production cycles, operating 24 hours a day.
Research also enables POL-MAK to continuously improve the quality of its products in many dimensions. Research and development work is carried out in the field of process and product innovation.

Our natural gas consumption fell by more than 50% between 2020 and 2023, despite POL-MAK's continued growth in production. We are succeeding in reducing our consumption of fossil fuels thanks to investments in renewable energy sources and numerous investments to foster the POL-MAK Group's energy transition. To recognise these activities, POL-MAK was awarded the title of Energy Transformation Leader 2024.
1.8 billion napkins per year is the POL-MAK Group's current production capacity. Decorative napkins are our flagship product, which we manufacture on behalf of and for our customers' own brands - responsible international retail chains operating in line with sustainable development.
12,000 pallets is the capacity of our high-bay warehouse with three-level mezzanines. Due to their capacity, the warehouses enable us to manage our stock efficiently and effectively and speed up the order picking process. At the beginning of 2024, we put the new warehouse space into use.
The 1,599 solar panels already produce energy from the sun for us. We use the energy for our daily operations and at the same time contribute to environmental protection.
40 x 40 cm is the format of the Airlaid napkin in our HRC brand collection. In it we offer products for HoReCa customers which are ideal for restaurants and hotels. Airlaid tissue paper is the perfect substitute for classic cloth napkins. It has unique physical properties such as high elasticity and softness. It is also characterised by extremely high absorption and good water absorption.
