Environmental Education and Future Skills Development
The Akademia Maczka i Stokrotki POL-MAK is an educational initiative developed by Zakład Poligraficzny POL-MAK to support children and young people through environmental education, creative learning and the development of practical skills for the future.
The initiative forms part of the Company’s activities in the area of social responsibility (S) under the POL-MAK ESG & Compliance Management System.
The programme currently covers two main areas:
1. Environmental education
We develop educational materials and hands-on activities that encourage primary school pupils to explore the natural world and understand how they can help protect the environment.
The available lesson packages include:
- “Water - A Treasure We Must All Protect”, prepared for World Water Day
- “Little Heroes of the Natural World”, prepared for World Bee Day
2. Preparing for the first job interview
We also support young people as they take their first steps into the job market. Our educational materials explain how to prepare for a job interview, talk about yourself confidently and create a first CV - even without previous work experience.
